About me
I've spent 20 years in property, most of it on the buyer's side of the negotiating table across Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula and the Surf Coast, including for investors building their portfolios.
I started Geelong Property Investors because many investors don't need someone to buy for them. They need someone experienced to pressure-test the numbers, challenge their shortlist and stand beside them at the big moments. I also built Property Wealth Calculator so investors can run real numbers before they commit.

No. Coaching covers choosing a property, the buying process, due diligence and negotiation. For tax, structuring and borrowing, talk to your accountant, a licensed financial adviser or a mortgage broker, and you'll still need a conveyancer or solicitor for your contract.
